Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹69 applies. Cash on Delivery is free, with no extra handling fee, and is available on orders up to ₹1,199.

You can pay online by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or a wallet, handled securely by Razorpay, or choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.

COD is available on orders up to ₹1,199 for serviceable pin codes. If you don’t see it at checkout, it isn’t available for your address yet. See Delivery Information for details.

Yes, as long as the order has not been packed. Email us at threadslabin@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

Once a parcel is handed to the courier it cannot be recalled. If you no longer want it, contact us before refusing the delivery. Refused prepaid parcels are refunded once they reach us, and refused Cash on Delivery parcels may mean future orders need online payment.

Take a t-shirt you already own and like the fit of, lay it flat, and measure two things:

• Chest width — armpit to armpit, then double it
• Body length — highest point of the shoulder down to the hem

Compare those numbers against the measurements on the product page. Matching garment to garment is far more reliable than picking your usual letter size.

No. Our oversized cuts already have the extra width and the dropped shoulder built into the pattern, so buy your normal size.

Sizing up a regular tee gives you longer sleeves and a longer body but leaves the shoulder seam where it was, which just looks like a tee that does not fit.

Our fabric is pre-shrunk, so expect very little — roughly half an inch in length over the first few washes, and almost nothing in width.

Cold water and air drying reduce even that to near zero. Tumble drying is what actually shrinks cotton.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and still carries its original tags.

We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size, return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size you want.

Once the returned parcel reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund is issued within 3 working days.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method and take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI to the details you share with us.

Email threadslabin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and cover the return shipping.

Every design is embroidered. Nothing is printed. We use raised puff embroidery for the bold areas and flat embroidery for fine detail, so the design has real texture and won’t crack or peel the way prints do.

Our raccoon mascot alone takes over 70,000 stitches.

Combed ring-spun cotton, in the 260 GSM range depending on the cut. Combed yarn has the short fibres removed, which is what keeps a tee from pilling and going rough after a few months.

Every product page lists the exact GSM for that style.

• Cold wash, inside out
• Don’t scrub or wring the embroidered area
• Skip the dryer — air dry flat or on a wide hanger
• Iron on the reverse at low heat, never directly over the embroidery
• Give it a day between wears so the cotton recovers its shape

Done consistently, this is the difference between replacing a favourite tee every season and still wearing it in three years.

Yes, for teams, colleges, events and gifting. Bulk orders are for our existing designs, with a minimum of 50 pieces per order. We don’t take custom logo or custom design work at the moment.
